The holder of the loan WILL NOT work with us on the payments. Why doesn't the govt. step in and say that 50% of your payment go towards the principal and the other 50% go towards interest? The banks would still be getting their money and people could sell their vehicle at a fair price if they get to where they can no longer afford the car/truck. The govt. changed the way crdit card companies operate. Why can't they change the practices of all creditors?
